August 1941 was an excellent month for patriotic superheroines. Since two of the three flag-waving females who premiered that month -- Pat Patriot and Miss America -- are already represented in the Bombshells! gallery, it's high time that the third, Miss Victory, made her Bombshell! debut. And who better to unleash a new Bombshell! than the creator of The Bomb, Steve Mannion?
