I�ve been a fan of the amazing Kelsey Beckett's work for years but just hadn�t added one of her pieces to the collection even though I had been tempted numerous times. When Kelsey launched her Patreon I decided to contact her and see if it would be possible to pledge and put the pledges towards having a commission done. She agreed to the idea and will soon be working on my painting. I decided to stick with the tier I had been pledging at which just so happens to be a sketch tier.

This absolutely stunning piece is the sketch that she sent me. I knew Kelsey would send a great piece but I had no idea just how amazing it was going to be until I opened the package. I had seen her post this piece on her Instagram but I had missed the Patreon hashtag so I was blown away when I saw her. I absolutely love it. She put just the right amount of detail in all the right places to create simply a breathtaking drawing. I love how she used crosshatching. And just look at those beautiful eyes and lips. And the freckles. I mean the piece is just perfect and even better than I was imagining for a sketch. When she posted the piece she said that she could tell that she was wearing berry lipstick even in graphite. I can see what she means. Just a phenomenal piece. I can�t wait to see what you come up with for the Kimono Girl commission. I already know it�s going to take my breath away.
