DescriptionGot this in a trade. One year, at the last minute, John Cassaday needed a nice hotel room for San Diego Comic Con due to miscommunication with his publisher. Cassaday got my room at the Omni and I got this. Signed by both Cassaday and Joss Whedon. A little religious foreshadowing with Kitty Pryde on the right.Social/Sharing |

Nice trade there, I'd have to say :) Loved his run on X-Men. Great shots of Wolvie here and love the layout with the one long veritcal panel of a falling Kitty on the right! Congrats!

You never mentioned where you slept after giving John your room. Is it because you are ashamed to admit your night on the streets, huddling beside some local hobos around a burning bin, full of flammable rubbish, to stay warm, as you shared a cheap bottle of hooch? Lol. Let the terrible memories of that night go by selling me the page. Out of sight, out of mind.

Great story and page! Juggling AXM and Planetary during this period was quite the achievement and deserving of the Eisners he received as a result.

Cassaday might draw my favorite Beast. Oh, and my favorite Wolverine. Oh, and just about everyone he draws. Congrats on having this amazing piece from a modern master.
