DescriptionWhere to begin. I had been waiting on this piece for three years now. (Yes, 3 years!!) BUT, in that time, when I reached out to check in with Mr. Williams, he ALWAYS responded within a few hours or by the next day. As long as the lines of communication were open, I was totally fine with waiting. Then, a year and a half ago (spring 2012) David reached out to me telling me that he will complete my commission but didn't know when because of his schedule. In good faith, he wanted to give me back my money until the piece was done. I said, "No way! Once you send that money to me, it'll be gone on something else and I want your piece." David was flattered and gave me his contact information to reach out to him any time I wanted to check in. I resisted the urge to call him all the time but we did talk every other month or so since that time. Was it a long wait, hell yes!! But I had complete faith in David's word in finishing my piece. When I signed on to his list I reqeusted a colored marker sketch. This professional has made it up to me ten-fold by painting me a piece that I can marvel at in my collection. David, you gave me that Christmas morning feeling you promised when I saw the piece, my piece. I can't thank you enough for everything. I just hope one day that I can meet and thank you in person.Social/Sharing |

OK Patrick, this is the very first time a Mr Freeze piece made me actually, well, freeze. Frozen, stunned, whatever, you pick the word - I'm amazed ! It's the best depiction of Mr. Freeze I've seen since first seeing Heart Of Ice. It's just THAT good !! Totally worth the wait !! I assume your New Year Eve is a bit less cold now... Happy new year and congrats my friend !

Gawwwwdddd.... gorgeous! I've never seen another artist (to my recollection) render individual snowflakes in this level of detail for Mr. Freeze, but it totally works.
