OK... Yes, This IS INDEED going to be the FINAL Spider-man and Venom piece for quite some time. I am semi-retiring the characters and moving on to new ones. I have been busy, busy, doing some samples for a few comic companies that have shown some intereste in me, but I am almost done with all of that now and it is back to commissions! As you can tell, this piece is based on the original piece for my bud David that is in this same Marvel gallery called "Spider-man and Venom... Sittin' In A Web", which has become on of my most requested pieces. I have been asked and aksed... repeatedly, to recreate that piece, but since I promise to hold true to my statement that EVERY piece I do is a one-of-a-kind and will NEVER be duplicated, I just decided to change some things around and make a new one. This one took even longer than the first one (thanks to the addition of even more webs), and actually became my most time consuming piece ever. I have done pieces of all sizes and subject matter, but this one is the clear winner as far as work time from start to finish. I really hope you guys like it, and if you have ever wanted a Spider-man and Venom, and you're not on my commission list, better head over to Ebay and see about this one.
