Description

Cover to Adventure Comics 502 re-created in 2005.

This issue reprinted the story from Adventure Comics 317, The Menace of Dream Girl, which was written by noted SF author, Edmond Hamilton.
In this story Dream Girl gets a premonition that seven Legionnaires will die. She joins the Legion to get them expelled from the Legion and prevent their deaths.

I Have a Dream, Adventuring
She gives me hope, with anything
If you see the cover, of a Legion tale
Recreate her future, even if your grail

I believe in pencils
Something good Ed Hannigan I see
I believe it's pencils
When I know his line is right for me
I'll cross the team, I Have Ms. Dream

I Have a Dream, a fantasy
To help me through, reality
And my premonition, makes it worth the while
Legion through the darkness, still with Nura's style
