Description

Done in 2004

A redo of Legionnaires 61 cover with different Legionnaires - some of my favorites.

Mon-El, Andromeda, Spark and Apparition in the top half and Saturn Girl, Lightning Lad, Cosmic Boy, Chameleon Boy and Shrinking Violet in the bottom half.

The comics seen commission time
Can go for art, Jeff Moy seems right

Although my love, drive away the ink line
Jeff pencils all the Legion tight
And before you go show me
All the hours of love

And the falling sands of time
Blow my mind, grains drifted by
To and fro the pencil lead
Wondering with the most seconds
We will go right down to Miki
Bathing in lines we will be free on cover

Always thought this was a brilliant cover design. Having Andromeda there makes me wonder whether she'll come out the other end as Suipergirl of the 1960s or 1980s?
