DescriptionI've been on the hunt for a Jeff Purves Joe Fixit page for a bit so was thrilled to be able to pick this up from what became my first Heritage Auction win. Fixit by Purves is on my list as well. Severin inks are really nice on this page - great combo! I have been looking for the perfect BLURGLEVILT page for quite some time - I hope another comes up for me soon. Congrats gammabro!

Congrats, T! I enjoyed Purves work on Hulk a lot. Unique and memorable. And if there was one issue I have to boil it down to, it'd be 358! Great example from it, and Iove how he incorporates the sound effect lettering into the art!

Power packed 4 panels of Hulk action! Every bombastic action has Hulk's stamp on it, especially that smile in the 3rd panel. Purves and Severin team cuts loose with a big action set piece here.

And this is the origin page for GLUP BLURGLEVILT. How could it not be? I love the onomatopoeia use on this page. And Purves Fixit inked by Severin? Oh yeah! I loved this run, and I remember this page well with the battle with that misshapen, melty monster. Great find. Congrats!

So lesson to this piece is if you trick someone into a meat locker and lock them in you will end up getting fired.

Jeff Purves the most under rated Hulk artist of all time. Issue 350 is the best Hulk/Thing fight ever!
