Agreed, the What If? books were always fun reading as a kid. I didn't read this one but I imagine though it starts rosy, it still never ends well for Hulk.

Great question, Ruben! When these pages were originally sold by Carlo's rep, he noted that these were stains from excess moisture as a result of typhoon(s)/storms. The majority of the Carlo's pages from this storyline have these with varying results, some having more and some with just a bit. The pages that don't must have been sold prior whichever storm in question hit.
