This is one of four cards in a set featuring the Eltingville Club, who defined "toxic fandom" before it the term was coined. Jerry was Secretary of Fantasy & Role-Playing within the club.

The image was based off a story written and drawn by Evan Dorkin in the pages of Wizard #99.
