Description

A page I got dead cheap from Will's Comic Art page , by one of my 6 all-time favourite artists, Dusty Abell. I guess it helps that Dusty is no longer drawing comics, but I really wish he would come back. Even occasionally. Lovely page, not fllashy, but shows great craftsmanship and consummate skill. Now, if I can get something by Risso, Corben, Tomm Coker, Manara and Arthur Ranson, I can die happy.

Beautiful page which highlights Dusty's strengths as an artist. I'm not sure if you're aware, but while reading the credits of BATMAN: UNDER THE RED HOOD animated movie, I found that Dusty did the wonderful charcter design (and maybe art direction ?) for that beautiful looking movie... anyway, I'm drifting away from subject matter - congrats on getting this art and welcome to CAF !
