Description

This wonderful commission arrived in March 2009.

I have a special place in my heart for the issues of Tomb of Dracula that crossed over with Doctor Strange and Werewolf By Night. When an all too brief commission window opened with The Dean, I jumped at the chance to have him re-visit Jack Russell.

It cannot be said enough times: Gene was a genius and we should thank our lucky stars that our time on this planet was enriched by his brilliant work.

RIP, Gene. Thanks for everything.

I'm with you on the cross-overs you mentioned. Both were very memorable, as is this commission. Gene's approach to Jack's hairier alter-ego is simple but effective.
