DescriptionWhen my wife and daughter gave me a "gift certificate" for a new commission, I already had the next one in mind. This would be a companion to the Storm/Beta Ray Bill "Stormbreakers" piece already completed by Ernie Chan -- this time, teaming Storm with Elric of Melnibone and his mystic runeblade Stormbringer. I also knew I'd call upon my go-to artist, Geof Isherwood.Geof proposed a character design for Storm that would incorporate elements of Barry Windsor-Smith's Adastra (whose origin tale was originally conceived by BWS as a vehicle for Storm).
