Description

Seen here are the rough, the original art and the published pages for Wolverine #70 p15 and 16. It's the main reveal DPS for the Old Man Logan saga. I went with a purple grey color matte (it's actually not as purple as it looks here) to try to match one of the accent colors in the splash, with a black inner matte. The top matte is beveled creating the illusion of a white matte to give it a clean look. At first the framer wasn't convinced he could frame them all together, but I showed him my layout for it, and he said he'd try. All in all, I think it looks pretty sharp. The pic really doesn't do it justice, it looks much better in person. :- )

This looks incredible framed, Tommy! The bold choice for the outer matte really sets off the tones in the published piece. An amazing frame job for an even more amazing piece of art from one of the best story lines ever written!
