Description

This is one of my favorite pages in my collection; easily a grail piece of Original Art for me. It depicts Caiera the Oldstrong sacrificing herself to Galactus so that his hunger is sated by the planet Sakaar, thereby saving other planets (and their inhabitants) from being eaten by him for the time being. This is framed in grey-metallic metal (ala Caiera's armor), with a subdued purple matting (Galactus), with a grey riser (image shown is prior to my framing it). I'm nowhere near my art at the moment, and I can't find a pic of it framed, so I'll possibly add that later. :) Enjoy!
Have I mentioned how awesome an artist Ron Lim is (for that matter, how awesome a writer Greg Pak is)? My thanks to both of them (and Drew Cheskin) for making my owning such a great page possible!
