Im really pleased to have this dynamic Dredd page, as ive been a fan of Barry Mitchell's since the days of 2000ad's controversial forerunner Action, when he drew, amongst others, the violent football story - "Look out for Lefty", a strip which effectively caused Action to be banned!

..and re-reading his Dredd strips (he only drew 4 strips in total, i think), im reminded of the time when 2000ad was a nice combination of the new wave of artists and old school talent.

50's style rocket car....50's style dialogue....why don't we go and whack out Dredd? Lovely page from Barrie who has always been vastly underrated. Good pick up.... Many congrats!!!
