DescriptionBefore the cruel sentence can be committed, one hungry peasant decides he's had enough tyranny, in this sixth page from the story, "Buried Treasure!". Ink and graphite on an EC comics art page, with an image area of approximately 13" x 18". The art was supplied by the great Graham Ingels. Ingels' flair for horror led EC to promote him as Ghastly Graham Ingels, and he began signing his work Ghastly in 1952 .Social/Sharing |

I used to own this page. Like most Ingels pages, the brushwork is so delicate, so beautiful, a pic can't do it justice. Congrats for picking up a great Ghastly page!
