Ah, I loved the Herald-Ledger. The NY Times never has headlines like "Demons-Ghosts Cloud Motive for Hanging."

The Demon was cool as Kirby did him but the "inspiration" was Hal Foster's Prince Valiant from 1937. Look it up, you'd be surprised.
