Description

A great image of Connie Rodd from a 1969 poster for PS magazine. This piece was produced right smack in the middle of the Vietnam war, with a sexy Connie and a nice little double Entendre' about fiddling with equipment while she reties her top. Eisner didn't get his art back from the army for PS magazine, unlike the Spirit stories, so I was happy to snag this great image. The piece is on Vellum and will be included in the Eisner centennial art show in 2017 at the Society of Illustrators.

That's wonderful! This is a great example from an era of Eisner's career that most people don't know about, and where most of the artwork was sadly destroyed. Thanks for saving and sharing this!!
