"Poor Reese," indeed...and Woody himself appears in the last panel! Is it possible that's also Wayne Howard as the black agent? I know that Larry Hama has appeared elsewhere in the Cannon feature. At times this strip appeared to be a kind of payback or tip of the hat to Wood's many assistants and their contributions. This page is a cool example of this, as well as a cool example of the strip.
