DescriptionContinuing OAX gets today with a couple pieces from Josh Cassara…and you KNOW I had to pick up some BP there, right?! Was awesome meeting him and his wife for the first time at OAX. NICE folks.And picked up this nice 9x12 head shot from him! I have a BP/Storm cover by Josh with a BP profile shot ( https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1782100), and liked his mask design, so decided to get this front facing piece. But what I dug most here was that he used a gold metallic ink. I don’t think it comes out as well in the main scanned image, so see the additional image with a tilted pic where you can see that sheen better. “That’s gold, Jerry. Love the gold on this, man. Reminds me a bit of Tex's color scheme on that run.

Ain't it just like the line to play tricks when you're tryin' to see metallic?
We sit here scanned it, though we're all showin' our best as when tilted
As you see just a handful remain, temptin' you to go buy it
Lights flicker for the ultimate Josh
In this room the meet up gets hot
The country's destination paint art
But there's nothing, really nothing to turn off
Just KG and Black Panther so entwined
And these visions of Cassara that conquer my mind

Looks cool. It reminds me of those gold Sharpies that were all the rage among artists signing at cons withthem back in the early 90's!
