DescriptionKA-THOOM!Doc Samson should know that there are no limits to the Hulk's strength but has to learn the hard way while putting the Hulk through some tests. Just a great page with Samson, Jim Wilson, and Thunderbolt Ross. This is the second Hulk issue I pulled from a spinner rack and part of my all time favorite arc (crossing over into Captain America) for the character. I am actively looking for pages from this issue and issue 227 and would be eternally grateful if any leads were pointed in my direction. Thanks to a very good friend for allowing this to come to my collection via trade! Social/Sharing |

That classic feel is brought on by McLeod's skillful delineation with some nice touches on the faces. Everything actually makes sense in black and white with an easy storyflow after the big panel.

That top panel is why the Hulk is never invited to fancy dinner parties. Well, one of the reasons anyway. Congrats on a really sweet page!

Accent on the THOOM! I don't remember seeing onomatopoeia accentuated like that before. :) For a smart guy, Doc Samson never seem to learn his lesson. Hulk is strongest there is, doc! I think you've gotten enough of his uppercuts to know that by now. Awesome Sal Hulk page. And good luck getting that issue together! I'll keep an eye out. Big congrats!
