DescriptionHere is an amazing splash page by Paul Pelletier from Paul’s run on the Hulk. I have grown to love’s Paul’s take on the Jade Giant more and more with each issue. Reminiscent of Dale Keown in many ways, Paul's Hulk ranks up there with some of the classic Hulk artists. I really wanted the cover to issue 635 but my friend Steve Yarish beat me to that one (you can see this spectacular cover in his gallery). Steve was very kind to give me the roughs to the 635 covers which I treasure as part of my collection (thanks again Steve). Even with the roughs, I really wanted to have something from Paul’s printed run on the Hulk in my collection. When I saw this page at my LCS I knew this was the page that was calling to me. Now all I had to do was beat all my fellow gammabros to the page. I was fortunate to be first in line on this page and was able to purchase this from Randy Martin at the Mighty Nib (mightynib.com). The transaction was flawless! Outside of the cover to 635, this might be my favorite image from Paul’s run. Worldbreaker Hulk smash! Depictions of Hulk never lack intensity, but boy is this one incredibly intense! Your Hulk gallery just gets better and better! Next up.............KEOWN!
