Description

It was very sad when Angel passed away earlier this year. A really nice guy and a great channeler of that Kirby magic. He will definitely be missed. When his daughter decided to part with some of his art I was really surprised to see Angel's Knights Templar included. The Knights were a project he'd started in the early 00's that never reached critical mass, it was a huge slab of Kirby goodness. A nice example, I think, of Angel at his best.

This is one of his unnamed creations for the Knights. A nice hint of Marvel's Sif with a kick-ass blade and some beautiful cape work.
