My wife had been trying to figure out what to get me for our 10th anniversary when she heard me raving over the artwork in this new Rocketeer series. So she did what any awesome wife would do, she looked into it.

But unlike 99% of the other wives out there, she actually bought some of it. And she didn't just buy one piece, she bought a complete 8 page story.

My wife is awesome.

And these pages, by the talented Mike Allred, are a real joy to drink in. Each page is a mix of pencil, ink, wash and they are fully lettered to boot. So once I get them all up on the wall (I only have room for a choice page or two at the moment) you'll actually be able to read the whole story.

Fantastic page by Mike Allred, one of the most exciting artists on the planet. Those grey tones add so much mood and character to Mike's bold and decisive line work.
