Description

European TV Commercial Production Cel Signed by Gene Deitch (Rembrandt Films, c. 1960s). Gene Deitch had been an animator for prestigious UPA Studio and Terrytoons when he got an opportunity to work in Prague, Czechoslovakia. Gene loved it there, and settled down with a new Czech bride. Here's an original hand-painted 12 field cel from one of the commercials he did at Prague's Rembrandt Films studio.
