Description

I received this wonderful Gasoline Alley daily strip as a wedding present from a dear friend in 2005. It's a strip by King that I've long admired, as I love both King's figure work and line work from this period. His figures moved as if their hips had a shot of grease in them, and his line/brush work had such a lushness from this period. I love the feathering on the figures, especially on Mr. Flink. I'm thrilled to have this piece. Just wonderful. 4/5/34.
