DescriptionLike I said, I must have been a very good girl this year. :)Another mystery package made out to Holly 'The Witchblade' Burnett arrived and inside was this very detailed, angelic.. just beautiful Witchblade piece done by the ever talented Comfort Love. Seriously, LOOK at all the details in the armor, the flow of Sara's hair and the beautiful face. I love it!!! My 'Secret Santa' really knows me and this arrived at a perfect time. Being sick for the past two weeks, a guardian Angel is what I needed. The timing, artwork and friendship couldn't be a better reminder of how blessed I am to have the friends that I do. Thank you so much for the wonderful gift, 'Santa'.. and I will always take 'Pryde' in how special I am. ;) Social/Sharing |

As usual, another beautiful piece by Comfort! The intricacy of the armo is absolutely stunning! I love the guardian angel theme, very apropos, bravo!

Well Holly, as a good friend of dear ol' Santa, I'd would agree with him in saying that indeed you were a very good girl this year--but in a baaad sort of way! ;-) In any case this lovely guardian angel piece is a beautiful and well deserved reward. Congrats my dear!

Comfort's work gets 'lost' in scans. Not only was the piece comforting but it also helped to think about the friendship behind it. And those thoughts help me pull through when times are difficult.
