Pr�publi�e dans le journal Spirou en 1966.

Dans cette planche, la zizanie, la jalousie et la division s�installent dans le village schtroumpf suite au d�sir conjoint de tous les Schtroumpfs de plaire � la Schtroumpfette. La premi�re grande case est particuli�rement �loquente, m�me le Schtroumpf � Lunettes coupe la parole au Grand Schtroumpf pour tenter
d�obtenir les faveurs de celle-ci. Le plan de Gargamel fonctionne, la Schtroumpfette parvient � faire na�tre la discorde et � cr�er des sentiments � jusqu�alors inconnus � chez les Schtroumpfs. La na�vet� des Schtroumpfs � incarn�e ici par le Schtroumpf le plus na�f (le Schtroumpf Po�te) � est accentu�e par le caract�re machiav�lique et manipulateur de la Schtroumpfette. Le Schtroumpf Po�te finira par exaucer le souhait de la Schtroumpfette, mettant ainsi tout le village en p�ril. Sont ici repr�sent�s tous les Schtroumpfs identifiables : le Grand Schtroumpf, le Schtroumpf Farceur, le Schtroumpf Grognon, le Schtroumpf � Lunettes, le Schtroumpf Musicien, le Schtroumpf Po�te et bien s�r la Schtroumpfette.

In this strip, ill-feeling, jealousy and division take root in the Smurf village following the communal desire of the Smurfs to please Smurfette. The first large panel is particularly eloquent, even Brainy Smurf interrupts Papa Smurf to try and receive favours from her. Gargamel�s plan seems to be working as Smurfette manages to sow disagreement and create �previously unknown� emotions in the Smurfs. The naivety of the Smurfs � embodied by the most na�ve of all (Poet Smurf) � is accentuated by the Machiavellian and manipulating character of Smurfette. Poet Smurf will eventually accomplish Smurfette�s wish, thereby placing the entire village in danger. All recognisable Smurfs are represented here : Papa Smurf, Jokey Smurf, Grouchy Smurf, Brainy Smurf, Harmony Smurf, Poet Smurf and of course Smurfette.
