Description

Agree or disagree with what he's doing, but you have to admit that this is an iconic pose for Indy. (To paraphrase Harrison Ford, "This is a guy who works as a university professor by day, and at night...he's a grave-robber".) What really makes this cover is the good prof's satisfied half-smirk as he does his unique job, all in the name of archaeology (and funding for the museum, of course!). Kudos to Mister Pollard for doing justice to the character, who remains the best example of the adventuring scientist. (Sorry, Lara, but Doctor Jones was there first.)
