DescriptionI have been wanting to get a tribute piece to Michael Turner, and I thought, who best to do it but Talent Caldwell. When I found out Talent was attending NYCC this year I was more than thrilled.I was the 2nd name on his list and spoke to Talent about it being a tribute piece. Discussing which characters Would be involved, and of course I had to pick two of the characters Mike created Fathom and Grace. The third Character I thought about and remember how I loved reading Superman/Batman “The Supergirl from Krypton” Story arc and how I feel in love with Turners version of Supergirl. I kept dropping by Talents table to see if he had started the piece yet. On the last day Talent told me he wanted to work on the piece at home, to put more hours on it and not rush it. Even though the image is from his phone, you can see the results were worth waiting for. Michael’s Angels…he is truly missed. A better image to come soon Social/Sharing |
