DescriptionFor me, Dave Gibbons and Ryan Sook's KAMANDI was the most successful contribution to the grand WEDNESDAY COMICS experiment. Simultaneously paying tribute to Jack Kirby and Hal Foster...no easy feat. They pulled it off. A real standout from the last few years. Hope they do more. Bonus stuff for OA collectors: Each chapter is oversized, larger than twice-up (about 19" X 26") and amazingly, no white-out.Social/Sharing |

"Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's gallery" Oh well, time to break that commandment again. Damn, Felix, this is too cool!

The segment I least looked forward to when the series came out, Kamandi by Sook ended up being my favorite of them all

Fantastic art by Ryan. His work has really evolved and he's producing his best art to date. Great score Felix. Cheers! N.

Ryan Sook is amongst the most unsung talents in the comic industry. I think that his greatest detriment is that he can do anything, is often asked to do so, and never became associated with a signature style that so often generates a rabidly loyal fan base. But damn, that guy can draw. Congratulations on a fine page from a fun project.

The no whiteout thing must be a tribute to Hal Foster as well. This must look really cool in person.

Wow. I can't recall seeing a piece pairing 2 styles like Kirby and Foster, or anything even close. This is unique. Another incomparable piece of art you own.
