Description

Ryan Ottley was doing a FCBD event, and I was able to pick up this super solid Usagi headsketch from him. He couldn't fully remember the details for Miyamoto Usagi, looked at one picture on his phone, and then laid this out. Holy s---! It looks so good. Unfortunately, Sharpies on comic backing board take an insane amount of time to dry and even then they can still smudge. Nevertheless, this is one of my favorite quick sketches ever.

Ottley used the slick side to draw on! It does make the marker ink shiny and sharp which is less likely to feather and bleed.
