DescriptionThis item is a hand-drawn illustration in ink with gray tones of Batman & Superman by artist Neil Vokes on a blank cover variant of the 96-page, 80-year anniversary celebration in Detective Comics #1000 (2019). Neil is known for working on a large variety of diverse characters and genres ranging from superheroes to sci-fi to fantasy and especially horror. He kindly donated and signed this item for fundraising support for the 501(c)(3) non-profit Inkwell Awards in the summer of 2023.Appreciation is also given to the Joe Kubert Art Store and Bags Unlimited Inc. for their usual support.
