The Future of Metropolis!

After the death of Superman, Lex Luthor tries to establish Supergirl and Team Luthor as the new protectors of Metropolis.
Supergirl was created in a Pocket Universe by that world's Lex Luthor. She was the only survivor of that universe and she was attracted to this world's Luthor because he reminded her of her creator.

Both Butch and Dennis Janke are credited in this issue but I am crediting Butch based on comments below.
