Brilliant fall colors in the back compliment and push forward the deep red and black of Spidey. The white of the eyes and lighter colored splatter are a great contrast to provide a starting point on where to look first.

Wowie! Love the DEEP reds on Spidey, and also how McKone goes with black on the traditionally blue part of the costume. The reddish/orange bg is nice, too, makes me think Spidey's entered a burning building to save some folks! Congrats, Eric!

Absolutely stunning portrait of our webbed wonder. The thing that kills it for me here is the little bunch-up of mask fabric at the base of Spidey's skull - just a perfect small touch to add that much more realism. And the colors are nothing short of show-stopping. My first thought when I saw this piece was of the warehouse fire in ASM 39-40, and how that could be the backdrop (if it weren't for the fact that Pete was unmasked there... :) ). Incredible piece, Eric! Congrats!
