I finally listened to Snorek and commissioned this beauty from Andrew Robinson at HeroesCon this year. Why I waited this long to add this amazing artist to my collection, I'll never know.

Andrew was great to work with, and I asked for a somewhat battle damaged Spidey. I asked if he likes to draw Spidey as a glass or cloth eye, and he just asked "Do you want to see his eye?" He nailed it. The lighting on this really adds volume to the great anatomy. Even though I only asked for black and white, Andrew added in some light color that really brings much more to the piece.

Robinson is a true artist. He can't help but execute at a high level. There is a lot of nuance here. Check out the diagonal eye line spatter to spatter across the piece.

I NEED to pick up a Robinson piece at some point! Just look at this - great pose, the grey tone work is next level, and gotta love seeing the eye through the lens :) A worthy add to the Spidey collection, Eric!
