Nice page. This is from the story where Jules Feiffer wrote the villain to be Hitler but Eisner changed him to a South American dictator after Wood drew it. You can see on this page where they cut out "Fuhrer" and changed it to "Leader'. Too soon after the war for "Hitler is alive" stories, I guess.

The combination of Eisner and Wood made these Space Spirit sections incredible. The artistry is exemplary. Wood took Eisner's art up several notches with the line work, hatching, and surrealistic embellishment. Great pieces to own. Congrats.
