DescriptionIf you aren't reading The Manhattan Projects you are missing something really special. I have to thank my friend Felix for 1) turning me onto the series, and 2) making the introductions and helping to get this commission done for me. Nick Pitarra has a style that looks like all the best parts of Darrow, Quitely, and Pope mixed together in a blender and thrown against the wall.So much of what he does is pure genius and it took reading The Manhattan Projects and looking over his work to see it clearly. This piece has one of the central characters of the series "Oppenheimer" devouring the brains (essences, souls, experiences) of most of the notable characters in the series, Einstein, Werner Von Braun, Truman, Feynman, the Illuminati, Yuri Gagerin, the Illuminati and several more. This piece really sings if you've read the series. It's pretty much perfect for the subject matter and for the plot. Thanks to Nick for killing this piece in a way only he could and for being a creator worth watching. Social/Sharing |

Saw this on Nick's twitter feed and didn't even clue in that it might be yours. Phenomenal piece Chris. Nick's talent is on a whole new level. Congrats!!!
