DescriptionI've wanted a twice up early Romita Spider-Man page for a long time. You know who has most of them. I know it and he knows it. I choose this page out of nearly all the pages he has. I laid my gold down and I got my gem. The page is so achingly great on so many levels, it's hard to do this description justice. Simply, a perfectly drawn vintage Marvel page; with three large panels, two major villains, and a magnificent, nearly ½ splash Spider -Man drawing as iconic as it comes...all on a twice up page from June, 1967. It is in unusually excellent condition and has an appealing blue underline. Am I describing a very fine vintage wine or very fine vintage comic page? No matter. I'm thrilled with this purchase.Social/Sharing |

Oh man, that is one special page! I can certainly understand your struggle to do justice to it in the description. I can't even imagine what I would say if this were mine. A real gem. Congratulations Rob!

Gold goes up and down but a quality page like this will only go up. And you will get a lot more enjoyment than a stinking gold coin (or maybe it was a bar).

I never get tired of looking at this page. Loved it when the comic hit the newstand and love it so many years later. How cool to be able to see the OA. Wow. Thanks for sharing Rob.
