DescriptionBeautiful and really eclectic prelim page from the master of dynamic anatomy himself, Gil Kane!Love the highly unusual use of coloured acetate - a strong, bold colour in the major panels which throws out the figures and, I believe, emphasises a different emotion/feeling in each of them. See what you think! Kane's pencils clearly show the foundational structure of each face and pose, with some inking to heighten facial expressions. Love this unique and very pop-art page! Measures around 10 x 15 inches, quite close to the final comic book art piece which was inked by Tom Sutton - I've placed the printed page here for comparison. Enjoy!
