Geek is the new chic. Cool, do you remember the meeting?

I do remember. My dad was struggling with his new camera to get the picture right. Mr. Takei was being announced to appear on the stage which was just to our left but he stayed with us until my dad took the shot. Very cool cat.

LOL! I love this! LOL ... MY friend and I stood one line for half a day once when we were around 10 or 11 years old. So, 70's to meet Lenard Nimoy! I remember he was wearing really country looking over-alls. LOL

I remember going to a show in NY in the late 70's as well. For some reason a guy got up from the audience and threw a pie in William Shatner's face! He was apprehended but before he could meet his punishment, Shatner offered that he had put him up to it (which I did not believe). I guess he didn't want the guy to be torn to pieces. Classy.

Great pic & cool story. Always great to hear how nice these stars are/were. Today these so called stars seem to be jerks. Live Long & prosper!

That is just about the Grooviest Piece of Memorabilia that I have Ever seen. It is a Grail right up there with your Stevens, IMHO. You are most fortunate to have both.

George was being very nice. You are clearly holding a Kirk action figure and wearing a Kirk teeshirt!
