Now here is a highly memorable Lee Uncanny cover! Wow! Outstanding piece with all the best he brought to the title, with Magneto, Savage Land Rogue, and even Nick Fury. Awesome, awesome cover!

I do so love Jim Lee's work from this period. Extra creamy and smooth - like butter. Thanks for sharing and congrats!

My favorite rendition of Mags by Lee, not to mention the detail alone in Fury's rifle is worth the price of admisison!

I don't know what they were putting in the ink back in the early 90's, but i sure do miss it. What an iconic X-men image.

They've gotten better every year, but I'm so glad their Uncanny X-men stuff came out during my early collecting days and defines the X-men for me.

Just a fantastic piece of art. That section where Magneto is holding Rogue, that made me buy it off the rack.

Not sure how I missed commenting on this piece. Lee and Williams's UXM run was their best, IMHO. And this cover packs more iconic poses (when they were firstly seen...) than my brain can process...

Doesn't get much better than Jim Lee's Savage Land Rogue. This was the run that I first got into comics with, and still one of my favourites. Fantastic piece!

I LOVE how they shoehorned Nick Fury into the story! I always wondered if Lee asked Claremont to add him in, as the Punisher/Nick Fury graphic novel had just been scrapped. Also, I love that Fury is blowing smoke rings like "Magneto, Ka-Zar, Rogue, dinosaurs. ..ain't no thang."

Not one mention of all the phallic imagery. Lol.
