Which piece in your gallery is your favorite and why?
It changes every day.
Please tell us a little about yourself.
I am a comedy writer and director. Worked at SNL, Selinfeld, and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Currently I am the show runner of Veep. Also made the movie Eurotrip which has a lot of naked people in it.
How long have you been collecting comic art and what prompted you to start?
Since about '95 when I moved out to Los Angeles and was able to attend my first SDCC. I was always fascinated by the art, but being at the con pushed me over the edge.
How do you display/store your collection at home?
A mix of framed things, file drawers and Itoya portfolios so you can page through the art.
What are your top five most wanted original pages or commissions?
Shall we call this list the five things people can MOST screw you over on/hold you for ransom: 1. Star Wars 7 cover by Chaykin 2. A great page of Ditko Spidey with the Sandman on it. 3. a great Ron Frenz Amazing Spiderman cover 4. Gotham by Gaslight cover by Mike Mignola 5. Xmen 141 cover by Byrne and Austin-- why not, right?
