I think BIZ art from 90-93 is untouchable. yeah, there is influences from other great painters but the end result was something unique. Simon really grabbed the zeitgeist of the Metal era and I wonder sometimes, had he hit his peak 5-10 years earlier when Metal was at it's peak if he wouldn't have been even bigger , outside of comics. His work transcends the genre. Biz put raw power on his canvas like no other.
