DescriptionI am instantly transported back to the long gone Big Apple Comics on 92nd street and Broadway, the day I saw this, my first issue of Judge Dredd. A big thank you to Brian Bolland for drawing this and selling it. And thanks to his rep Joseph Melchior. Also a huge thanks to whoever bid against me and drove the price up.Social/Sharing |

This is the quintessential Jude Dredd cover!!! One of Bolland's best covers, if not THE BEST, ever produced!! Congratulations!!

Holy Cow...so it was YOU that go this. You have great taste my man. And no it wasn't me that bid you up. I cleaned out my wallet, bank account and couch cushions to pick up my own pieces from Brian, so I plead innocent on that charge.

It has to be challenging to move the 'wow factor' needle when you have such a stunning collection as a starting point...but this one certainly does so!

Perfect Bolland example, perfect Judge Dredd image... not surprising it ends up into the perfect CAF gallery. Congratulations! And thanks again for posting these fantastic examples.

No. No. No no no. No. Christ, what a phenomenal piece. Congratulations on owning what is surely the most recognizable Dredd cover.

I was NOT the guy who ran you up, but I if I had known about it, I would have been! Congratulations on another fantastic acquisition.

Boy I remember seeing this at M&M Comics in Nyack, New York in a card board stand. I knew nothing of the character, but was instantly hooked by this one image. IMO it is one of the top 25 covers of all time. Thanks for posting this.

The cover kinda says it all. Mr. Bolland is an amazing talent and this is an incredible example. CONGRATS!!! Now, if they could just get the movies right.
