Description

The Supreme Soviets, from the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe, Update '89. Issue 7, page 25.
Fantasia (later Fantasma, hmm, I wonder if Disney objected?), Perun, Red Guardian III (later Steel Guardian, after the communist government fell), Sputnik (later Vostok), and the Crimson Dynamo (later Airstrike). Eventually most of this group would more or less merge into the current Marvel Russian supergroup, the Winter Guard. Unlike most of the OHOTMU and DOHOTMU issues, for the eight Appendix '89 issues, they seem to have pasted the text pieces right on to the original art. So, yes, this is indeed the original art, despite the fact that this has the text on it where most other OHOTMU pages don't.
