These are exactly the lines from the original 1986 series I was thinking of when I first saw this page. Ozy realizing that he would never be the greatest being on earth, as long as Dr. Manhattan is there. Regarding the timeline, we have here the starting point of the later to be clash between two interpretations of Nietzsche‘s Übermensch characterized by Dr. Manhattan and Ozymandias. Just love it!
