DescriptionPaul Smith is one of those artists who is so good that it hurts. A real artists artists who can draw anyone or anything and make it look easy. So I knew his take on the BoG theme would be cool, but I never dreamed it would be THIS good. I am amazed by the textures he has worked into the piece, and the sense of depth. BRILLIANT!!!!Social/Sharing |

The hits keep coming !! Paul Smith is a genius and I've always wished he'd pay a nice visit to Gotham. Thank you for making it happen, if only for this short trip, it's been worthwhile !

Another amazing addition to one of the best collections around - another great take on the BoG theme. Love the etching pen strokes on the gargoyle against the sold black of the background buildings. Wonderful layering! Congratulations again

Stunning, though I wouldn't have recognized this as Paul Smith's work. The cowl actually reminds me of Mazzuchelli, with a dash on Wagner.

A wonderfuliece! It has a nice retro feeling. The background gives you a nice feeling of height.

Fantastic! The composition and texture is not something we see everyday in Paul's work but the drawing and those luscious inks are unmistakeably Smitty. I love this!

I don't think that anyone on CAF has been updating recently with such BIG pieces as you are. Easily in my top 2 or 3 in your collection. I LOVE Paul's work and this is a GREAT example why. So, so nice. Congratss. .
