Another saint strip by Doug Wildey. 2/8 and 2/9, 1961. Two scoundrels up to no good. Again, I see shadows of the Jonny Quest show here.

I don't trust that translator. What he really asked for was directions to nearest IHOP.

The translator is telling Chief Ohtani to bet heavy on the Denver Nuggets to repeat. This looks like a lot of research and photo reference by Wildey to get the look of previously undisturbed natives correct in the close ups. This kind of adventure also served to treat audiences to places where they would never travel to in real life.
